(A) Campground owners or operators shall maintain a register which shall be available to any authorized person inspecting the campground and shall be preserved for a period of not less than one year.
(B) The register shall indicate:
(1) The name and address of each recreational vehicle occupant staying at the campground;
(2) The make, model and license number of the motor vehicle;
(3) The state, territory or country issuing the recreational vehicle license; and
(4) The dates of arrival and departure of each recreational vehicle.
