§ 117.06  PERMIT FEE.
   After all requirements for approval of an original application for a permit or a renewal thereof have been satisfied, the applicant shall pay to the City Clerk-Treasurer the following permit fees, and upon presentation of the receipt therefor to the City Clerk-Treasurer the original permit or renewal thereof shall be issued:
   (A)   For a campground designated to accommodate one to ten recreational vehicles, the fee shall be set by resolution of the City Council;
   (B)   For a campground designated to accommodate more than ten recreational vehicles, the fee shall be set by City Council resolution; and
   (C)   A permit fee as set by City Council resolution shall be paid annually to the City Clerk-Treasurer on or before April 30 of each year, as long as the campground continues in operation. A permit shall be valid continuously so long as the annual permit fees are paid and the permit is not revoked.
