§ 115.01  FIREWORKS VENDORS.
   Pursuant to the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS 17-137 and 28-1241 through 28-1250, it shall be unlawful for any person to sell fireworks in the city without first having obtained the appropriate license from the State Fire Marshal and a license from the city by filing an application with the City Clerk-Treasurer upon forms supplied by the Clerk-Treasurer and obtaining the approval of the Mayor and Council. Upon approval, a license fee shall be collected by the Clerk-Treasurer prior to issuance of the license. The city license shall be subject to revocation by the Mayor and Council for good cause upon notice (and hearing if requested by the licensee).
