§ 110.48  HOURS OF SALE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons or their agents to sell any alcoholic liquor within the municipality except during the hours provided herein.
   (A)   Secular days. It shall be lawful to sell any alcoholic liquor, including beer and wine, on and off sale, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. of the following day on the days of Monday through Saturday.
   (B)   Sundays. It shall be lawful to sell beer and wine, on and off sale, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. Sunday and 1:00 a.m. Monday; and it shall be lawful to sell all alcoholic liquor between the hours of 12:00 noon and 1:00 a.m. Monday.
   (C)   Open containers after closing. It shall be unlawful on property licensed to sell alcoholic liquor at retail to allow alcoholic liquor in open containers to remain or be in possession or control of any person for purposes of consumption between 1:15 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any day.
