§ 96.06  RETALIATION.
   If there is any evidence of retaliation by any offender against any complainant or witness, the evidence shall be communicated to the County Court. When sentencing any violator, the County Court shall first examine the evidence of retaliation, and if such is shown, shall consider those acts and sentence the violator accordingly.
