§ 95.38  EXCAVATIONS; STAKES, MIXING CONCRETE AND HARMFUL LIQUIDS.
   Pursuant to the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS 17-142 and 17-557, it shall be unlawful for any person to make an excavation in any street or to drive any peg or stake of any kind into the pavement of any street for any purpose whatsoever unless a written permit has been issued by the Street Commissioner; and it shall be unlawful for any person to mix any concrete or plastering material directly on the street pavement or to place or permit to leak into the gutter of any street waste gasoline, kerosene or high lubricating oils which damage or act as a solvent upon the streets.
