§ 95.06  ACQUISITION OF PUBLIC BUILDINGS.
   In accordance with the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS 17-953, 17-953.01, 17-954 and 17-955, the city may purchase, accept by gift or devise, purchase real estate upon which to erect and erect a public building.
