§ 95.03  ENCROACHMENTS.
   (A)   Pursuant to the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS 17-555, 17-557 and 17-557.01, it shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct the sidewalks, streets, avenues, alleys and other city property by placing structures projecting upon, over, under and adjoining the property.
   (B)   If, after five days’ notice, the owner refuses or neglects to remove all encroachments, the city may cause the encroachments to be removed and the costs thereof assessed against the abutting property.
