In accordance with the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS 17-137, it shall be unlawful to store above ground gasoline or Class I flammable liquids for wholesale, resale or private use in excess of five gallon containers, except that in zoning district designated as an I-2 Industrial District, it shall be lawful to store above ground gasoline or Class I flammable liquids for private use in excess of five gallon containers provided said storage is in compliance with the statutes of the State of Nebraska and provided said storage is a minimum of 500 feet in a straight line from any zoning district designated as an R-1 Residential District.
