§ 94.03  OBSTRUCTIONS.
   (A)   Pursuant to the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS 60-6,166, it shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct the use of a fire hydrant, or to have or place a vehicle or any material within 15 feet of a hydrant.
   (B)   Any vehicle or material found to be an obstruction may be immediately removed at the risk, cost and expense of the owner or claimant.
