§ 93.102  PERMIT FEE.
   Before any permit is issued, the applicant shall pay to the City Clerk-Treasurer a fee of $25 for each premises upon which animals or fowls are to be kept. The fee shall be deposited with the City Clerk- Treasurer for credit to the General Fund.
