§ 93.083  CRUELTY.
   Pursuant to the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS 17-138, any person who shall unnecessarily or cruelly beat, injure, overload, overwork, insufficiently feed, turn out to die, abandon or otherwise abuse any animal or fowl within the limits of the city shall, upon conviction, be punished as hereinafter provided.
