§ 93.081  UNLAWFUL ACTS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit or bury on any of the streets or alleys or other places within the corporate limits of the city or within one mile thereof, or cause to be buried, any carcass of any dead animal or fowl of any kind; and it shall be unlawful for the owner or person having possession of any animal or fowl that shall die to suffer the carcass of any animal or fowl to remain within the corporate limits of the city or within one mile thereof for more than ten hours after the death of the animal or fowl, except under the direction of the Board of Health as provided in the preceding section. In no event shall the dead animal or fowl be used as food for other animals, fowls or humans.
