§ 93.078  SANITARY REGULATIONS.
   (A)   In accordance with the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS 17-121, all pens, enclosures and shelter structures wherein animals or fowls are kept under this chapter shall be kept in a sanitary condition, and the bedding, offal, manure and waste material accumulating from these animals or fowls shall be removed as needed and disposed of in a sanitary manner; and all pens, enclosures and shelter structures shall, at all times, provide for adequate drainage and shall be kept clean and disinfected so as to prevent the breeding of flies and ether bacteria carrying insects and the emission of offensive odors.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Board of Health and the Code Enforcement Officer to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
