§ 93.032 WRONGFUL LICENSING.
   In accordance with the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS 54-605 and 71-4403, it shall be unlawful for the owner of any dog to permit or allow a dog to wear any license, metallic tag or other city identification than that issued by the city for dogs, except a metallic plate on which shall be plainly inscribed the name of the owner and a vaccination tag issued by a veterinarian.
