§ 93.017  ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER.
   In accordance with the provisions of the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS 17-526, the city may employ an Animal Control Officer, who, under the supervision of the City Police Department, shall be responsible for the enforcement of all animal and dog and cat regulations under this code of ordinances.
