§ 93.015  CRUELTY.
   In accordance with the statutes of the State of Nebraska, any person who shall unnecessarily or cruelly beat, injure, overload, overwork, insufficiently feed, turn out to die, abandon or otherwise abuse any animal within the limits of the city shall, upon conviction, be punished as hereinafter provided.
