§ 93.013  ANIMAL SHELTER.
   In accordance with the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS 17-548, the animal shelter shall be safe, suitable and conveniently located for the impounding, keeping and destruction of dogs and cats. The shelter shall be sanitary, ventilated and lighted.
