§ 93.011  REMOVAL OF TAGS.
   In accordance with the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS 17-526, it shall be unlawful for any person to remove, or cause to be removed, the collar, harness or metallic tag from any dog or cat without the consent of the owner thereof.
