§ 93.006  INTERFERENCE WITH POLICE.
   In accordance with the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS 17-526 and 28-906, it shall be unlawful for any person to hinder, delay or interfere with any city police officer who is performing his or her duty enjoined upon him or her by the provisions of this chapter, or to break open, or in any manner directly or indirectly aid, counsel or advise the breaking open of the animal shelter or any vehicle used for the collecting or conveying of dogs or cats to the shelter.
