§ 93.003  RUNNING AT LARGE.
   (A)   Pursuant to the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS17-526 and 54-607, it is hereby declared to be unlawful for the owner of any dog or cat to allow the dog or cat to run at large at any time within the corporate limits of the city.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the city police to cause any dog or cat found to be running at large within the city to be taken up and impounded.
   (C)   A dog or cat is running at large when it leaves the owner’s premises or goes upon the public road without anyone near having control of the dog or cat.
