Pursuant to the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS 18-132, the city hereby adopts by ordinance the conditions, provisions, limitations and terms, of the Central District Health Department’s standard code on the prevention of spread of communicable disease, illness or poisoning, the code containing rules and regulations printed as a code in book or pamphlet form, by reference to the code or portions thereof, alone, without setting forth the conditions, provisions, limitations and terms of the code.
