Whenever there is an accumulation of snow upon the streets and highways within the city, to permit the expeditious and proper removal of snow from emergency routes, it shall be unlawful for the operator or owner of a vehicle to park or permit his or her vehicle to be or to remain parked on either, side of the following streets until after completion of all snow removal efforts thereon:
A Street from Eighth to Sixteenth Streets |

Fifth Street from Q to M Streets |
First Street from Burlington Road to Q Street |
J Street from Highway 14 (Sixteenth Street) to Ninth Street |
L Street from Eleventh to Sixteenth Streets |
M Street from First to Sixteenth Streets |
Ninth Street from A to Q Streets |
O Street from Fifth to Sixth Streets |
Sixth Street from M to hospital entrance |
Thirteenth Street from G to Q Streets |
Twelfth Street from A to Q Streets |
Woodland Road from Highway 14 (Sixteenth Street) to Limerick Road |
