(A) It is hereby unlawful for any person to use, ride or operate a bicycle and engage in an intentional act which lifts either of the bicycle’s tires off the ground, or to perform any other careless stunt, act or maneuver on a bicycle, on any sidewalk lying adjacent to the following streets:

(B) It is hereby unlawful for any person to use, ride or operate a bicycle and engage in an intentional act which lifts either of the bicycle’s tires off the ground, or to perform any other careless stunt, act or maneuver on a bicycle, on all property contained within the following streets:
