(A) It is hereby unlawful for any person to use, ride or operate a skateboard or other device comprised of a short board mounted on small wheels that is used for coasting and for performing athletic stunts, on any sidewalk lying adjacent to the following streets:

(B) It is hereby unlawful for any person to use, ride or operate a skateboard or other device comprised of a short board mounted on small wheels that is used for coasting and for performing athletic stunts, on all property contained within the following streets:
