Pursuant to the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS 60-680 and 60-681, it is hereby unlawful for any person to effect a right turn at the intersection of K and Fourth Streets and proceed north on Fourth Street as well as park on Fourth Street between K and L Streets between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. while the city public schools are in session.
