(A) No person shall operate a motor vehicle on any street, alley or other place at a speed greater than 25 mph within the city limits, except as follows.
(B) At a speed greater than:
(1) Twenty mph within the business district defined as:
(a) M Street between Eleventh and Fourteenth Streets;
(b) L Street between Eleventh and Fourteenth Streets;
(c) Eleventh Street between N and L Streets;
(d) Twelfth Street between N and K Streets; and
(e) Thirteenth Street between N and K Streets.
(2) Twenty-five mph on First Street between Bryan Street and Park Lane when warning lights are flashing to indicate a school zone, and 35 mph otherwise on First Street;
(3) Fifteen mph on any street or other place within Streeter Park;
(4) Thirty-five mph on A Street between Eighth Street and the eastern boundary line of the city limits;
(5) Forty-five mph on State Highway N-14 (Sixteenth Street) between A Street and 425 feet south of Cedar Street;
(6) Thirty-five mph on State Highway N-14 (Sixteenth Street) between A Street and 500 feet north of Q Street;
(7) Fifty mph on U.S. 34 (Q Street) between 450 feet east of Sixteenth Street and 350 feet east of Twentieth Street;
(8) Forty-five mph on U.S. 34 (Q Street) between First Street and 400 feet west of Seventh Street;
(9) Thirty-five mph on U.S. 34 (Q Street) between 400 feet west of Seventh Street and 450 feet east of Sixteenth Street;
(10) Thirty-five mph on First Street between Q Street and Adams Street;
(11) Forty-five mph on State Highway N-14 (Sixteenth Street) between Madison Avenue and Anderson Street; and
(12) Twenty-five mph on Harvest Drive and Mankin Road for the entirety of each particular street.
(13) Highway US-34 will be 60 mph between County Road N and County Road O.
(14) Highway US-34 will be 45 mph between 950 feet west of First Street and 400 feet west of Seventh Street.
(15) Highway US-34 will be 50 mph between 350 feet east of Twentieth Street and the eastern corporate limits of Q Street.
(16) Highway N-14 will be 50 mph between 1,160 feet north of Woodland Road and 500 feet north of Q Street.
(17) Highway N-14 will be 60 mph between 425 feet south of Cedar Street and Anderson Street.
(18) Highway N-14 will be 45 mph between 1,425 feet south of Madison Avenue and Madison Avenue.
(19) First Street will be 35 mph between Highway US-34 and Adams Street.
(20) First Street will be 45 mph between Adams Street and 275 feet north of Adams Street to the city limits.
