§ 72.33  EFFECT.
   Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed or pleaded as justifying, absolving or rendering blameless, either directly or indirectly, any person or persons in charge of or owning any vehicle, for any injury or damage to persons or property due to recklessness, incompetency or negligence in the operation of the vehicle.
