It shall be unlawful for the operator or owner of any truck, truck-tractor or trailer, to stop or park or to permit the same in any street or alley or on the rights-of-way within a residential district or residential/commercial district during the hours of 5:00 p.m. of any day and 9:00 a.m. of the succeeding day; and no person shall use or employ any portion of the parking spaces or rights-of-way in those districts for any commercial purpose.
