§ 72.15  NO TRUCK OR TRAILER PARKING AREAS.
   It shall be unlawful for the operator of any truck, truck-tractor or trailer, or for the operator of any automobile with an attached trailer, to stop or park the vehicle, or for the owner thereof to permit  stopping or parking, for any period of time on any street or avenue within the same block where angle parking is specified.
