§ 70.16  ENFORCEMENT.
   In accordance with the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS 60-683, the city’s police officers shall enforce the provisions of the Nebraska Rules of the Road and any other law regulating the operation of vehicles or the use of the highways.
