§ 52.35  INSPECTIONS.
   The Sewer Commissioner or the authorized agents of the Commissioner shall have free access at any reasonable time to all parts of each premises and building which is connected with the sewer system to ascertain whether there is any disrepair or violations of this chapter therein.
