§ 151.56 MONUMENTS AND MARKERS.
   (A)   Placement generally. Monuments and markers shall be placed so that the marked point shall coincide exactly with the intersection of lines to be marked.
   (B)   Setting of monuments. Monuments shall be set with the top not less than one inch above nor more than three inches below the finished grade and shall be placed at all corners and angle points in the boundary of the subdivision.
   (C)   Setting of markers. Markers shall be set with the top level with the finished grade and shall be placed:
      (1)   At the beginning and ending of all curves along street property lines.
      (2)   At all points where lot lines intersect curves, either front or rear;
      (3)   At all angles in property lines of lots; and
      (4)   At all other lot corners not established by a monument.
(D)   Construction. Monuments shall be of concrete with a minimum diameter of six inches and a minimum length of three feet and shall be marked on top with a capper or brass dowel set flush with the top of the monument. Markers shall consist of iron pipe or iron or steel bars at least three feet long and not less than 5/8-inch in diameter.
