§ 150.37 BUILDING PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful to construct and build any structure in the city, without the prior procurement of a building permit by the owner of the real estate upon which the structure is to be constructed, from the Dearborn County Building Inspector or Commissioner, or the City Zoning Enforcement Official.

§ 150.38 WHEN CONSTRUCTION MUST START.
   All building permits shall be void 180 days after the date of issuance unless construction shall have been undertaken within such 180-day period.

§ 150.40 PERMIT REQUIRED TO MOVE BUILDING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, without first obtaining a written permit to so do, issued by the Building Inspector to move any building or structure.
