(A) The following rules, regulations and codes of the Indiana Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission are hereby adopted by reference as the rules and regulations covering the construction and alteration of the buildings and structures in the city as set out in the following articles of IAC 675, including any amendments thereto as published in the Indiana Register or the IAC with the effective dates as fixed therein, which rules are hereby incorporated:
(1) Article 13 - Building Codes:
(a) Fire and Building Safety Standards.
(b) Indiana Building Code.
(c) Indiana Building Code Standards.
(2) Article 14 - One and Two Family Dwelling Code: Indiana One and Two Family Dwelling Code.
(3) Article 16 - Plumbing Code: Indiana Plumbing Codes.
(4) Article 17 - Electrical Codes:
(a) Indiana Electrical Code.
(b) Safety Code for Health Care Facilities.
(5) Article 18 - Mechanical Code: Indiana Mechanical Code.
(6) Article 19 - Energy Conservation Codes:
(a) Indiana Energy Conservation Code.
(b) Modifications to the Model Energy Code.
(7) Article 20 - Swimming Pool Code: Indiana Swimming Pool Code.
(8) Article 21 - Safety Code for Elevators, Escalators, Manlifts and Hoists.
(9) Article 22 - Fire Preventions Codes.
(10) Article 24 - Supplementary Fire Safety Rules.
(B) Copies of this Code and rules, regulations, and codes adopted herein by reference are on file as required by law in the Office of the Building Commissioner, who shall administer this subchapter.
