(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to use, carry or discharge a slingshot or other device used to project projectiles such as stones, bullets, pellets, paint balls or other projectiles within the corporate limits of the city.
(B) Violation of this section shall result in a $50 fine for the first occurrence. Subsequent occurrences shall be fined in accordance with § 10.99. Each violation will be considered a separate occurrences.
