§ 95.22 IMMEDIATE REPAIRS.
   In case any under ground pipe or main shall suddenly break and immediate repairs are therefore necessary, either the Mayor or Clerk-Treasurer may issue the permit at any time on the application and bond as in the first section provided being filed with either.
