§ 94.10 MARKING OR INJURING PROPERTY WITHIN PUBLIC PARKS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to cut, carve or injure in any manner whatever any tree within the city park; to in any manner break, cut, carve, injure, deface, mark, mutilate, defile or damage any building, seat or bench, object or thing within the park or connected therewith; to post any bills or to post or paint any sign or signs within the parks or on the fences thereof.
