§ 92.05 FEE FOR PERMIT.
   Any person applying for and being approved a permit under this chapter shall pay a fee of $5 prior to the issuance of each and every permit. The fees shall be deposited into the Fire Department Permit Fund, which is hereby established for the deposit of such fees.
