§ 91.10 FEES FOR RECLAIMING CAPTURED DOGS.
   (A)   Any person who reclaims any dog captured by the city dog warden shall pay to the city the sum of $5 upon the first reclamation.
   (B)   Any person who subsequently reclaims any dog again captured by the city dog warden shall pay to the city the sum of $10 upon each reclamation subsequent to the first reclamation.
