§ 90.24 JUNK DEALERS; LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to buy or sell junk or operate a junkyard, as defined by § 90.20 within the corporate limits without first obtaining a license from the city. ('74 Code, § 7-15) (Ord. 200, passed - - )
   (B)   The license fee shall be $25 per year, payable on the day such license is issued. ('74 Code, § 7-16) (Ord. 200, passed - -)
