There is created a revolving fund which shall be known as the "Abandoned Vehicle Account of the City of Aurora, Indiana" in accordance with IC 9-22-1-30, and the Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to place all monies paid to the city by owners for the cost of removal, storage and disposal of abandoned vehicles in such fund.
