(A) The committee on streets and alleys shall designate streets which are heavily traveled and are necessary thoroughfares for the movement of vehicle traffic through the city as snow routes. An annual review of the snow routes by the City Street Commissioner and the Common Council Committee on Streets and Alleys shall be done and written report filed with the City Clerk by July 1 of each year.
(B) All streets designated as snow routes shall be posted with suitable signs or markers.
