§ 72.04 PARKING FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES PROHIBITED.
   No person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of displaying such vehicle for sale, or washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency.
