§ 72.03 PARKING RESTRICTED IN ALLEYS.
   It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to stand or park such vehicle in any alley for a period of time longer than five minutes for the loading or unloading of passengers or 30 minutes for the loading or unloading of materials.
