§ 50.20 PLACEMENT OF RECYCLING CONTAINERS.
   It is hereby resolved by the Common Council that the Dearborn County Solid Waste Management District is hereby authorized to place two recycling containers, to be provided by Rumpke, on property which it owns or has a right to utilize and further agrees to keep the area surrounding such containers clean and picked up through the use of its own personnel.
