§ 50.09 ALTERNATIVE DISPOSAL METHODS.
   Any other method of solid waste disposal not covered by these rules shall be reviewed by the Superintendent of Public Works or their designee for the purpose of evaluating and establishing a proper method of handling special disposal methods.
