§ 50.05 UNCOVERING CONTAINERS AFTER PLACEMENT FOR COLLECTION.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to remove the lid from, uncover, open or untie any can or container described herein, while it is positioned upon or alongside a city street, alley sidewalk or other public way awaiting collection or disposal.
