§ 151.02 APPROVAL OF PLATS OR REPLATS PREREQUISITE TO RECORDATION.
   No plat or replat of a subdivision of land located within the jurisdiction of the Plan Commission shall be filed with the County Auditor, and the County Recorder shall not record such unless it has first been approved by the Plan Commission and such approval shall have been entered in writing on such plat by the designee of such Commission.
