§ 72.16 LONG-TERM PARKING ON CITY PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
   Unless a more restrictive period is set forth under Chapter 75, Schedules I and II or elsewhere in the Code, no vehicle, truck (as those terms are defined by § 70.02), commercial vehicle, or recreational vehicle (as those terms are defined by § 72.14), shall be parked on any city street, right-of-way, or in any public lot for a period longer than 24 hours. For a vehicle to be deemed not in violation of this section, the vehicle shall be removed from the city street, right-of-way, or public lot in which it is located and lawfully parked on private premises, and not merely moved to a different public parking location within the city.
